SPEAKER & SPONSOR INFORMATION

Thank you for participating in the 1st annual Trucksafe Fleet Compliance Summit. Included below are important details about the event. And as always, please feel free to reach out with any questions! 

AGENDA:

 

The summit will take place on August 11-12. Click here to download the agenda, detailing the time slots for each session and who will be presenting each session.  

 

TICKETS:

 

This will be a ticketed event through the Zoom platform. All presenters should have received via email a complimentary ticket to attend all sessions. The ticket includes a unique link, which you’ll use to login as a presenter. Please plan to join your session 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time so we can test your video/audio. To do so, you will click a button within Zoom to join a "practice session" just prior to your scheduled session. Likewise, sponsor and booth representatives should have received a complimentary ticket to attend all sessions.

BOOTHS:

 

This is not your average Zoom webinar! We will be utilizing a brand new service called Zoom Events, which will include a virtual lobby and expo hall where attendees can interact with one another and visit sponsor booths right from their computers. All sponsors will have dedicated booth space at the expo. All speakers are welcomed and encouraged to participate in the expo by interacting with attendees and visiting sponsor booths. Booth representatives should plan to enter their booths approximately 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled expo hours and remain in the booth to interact with attendees throughout the expo. SPONSORED SESSIONS:

 

Each Platinum-level sponsor will be sponsoring a certain main session. We have identified the session sponsors in the agenda. Session sponsors will be highlighted on session promotional materials, including slide presentations. We will also be featuring these session sponsors during our speaker introductions. 

 

SESSION MATERIALS:

 

As we get closer to the event, please begin preparing materials for your presentation. This may include slides and/or .pdf handouts. We will reach out closer to the event with a template you can use for your slides. 

 

PROMOTION:

 

We appreciate our speakers’ and sponsors' assistance in promoting the event to your followers/customers. There are many ways to accomplish this, including following Trucksafe Consulting on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and sharing our posts about the summit. We will plan to tag our speakers and sponsors in all of our posts to make it easy for you to share these posts. 

 

Additionally, if you would like to share the event directly, we are including a link below to a media kit, containing graphics, videos, and a .pdf handout. Feel free to use these on your own social media pages, websites, emails, newsletters, etc. to promote the event! When possible, please direct your followers to our website (www.trucksafesummit.com) for details and to register.
